请问角膜移植手术能维持多少年

复制下我在另一个同类问题里的回答。不发生排斥反应的深板层角膜移植寿命是终生的。不发生排斥反应的穿透性角膜移植，内皮细胞数量随时间推移逐渐减少，当降低到临界密度，大约6、700每平方毫米密度以下，就会发生失代偿。那么内皮细胞是干什么用的？内皮细胞就像一个水泵，负责把角膜里的水抽出，如果内皮细胞出问题，角膜会水肿，就会变得不透明。这个时间，少则数年，多则五六十年，大部分会落在10到20年之间。

角膜移植能维持的年限与两个因素有关，一是排异是否发生，二是移植物的寿命长度。
不同的文献都提到，圆锥角膜病人板层移植的成功率大于95%，尤其在引入了大泡技术之后。相比之下，穿透移植在圆锥角膜患者中的8年成功率约为90%，也有其他不同研究报道的失败概率范围大概在2.3%到68%。
换句话说，有定比例的穿透角膜移植患者在8年内会发生排异，导致移植失败，而板层移植几乎不会发生排异。角膜移植成功率非常高，其他适应症的成功率一般要差于圆锥角膜。
