在国际贸易中 ， 由于语言和其它沟通障碍 ， 出现争议问题实属正常 ， 但这些少数的民间纠纷却被外媒无限放大 ， 恨不能给“China”打上“劣质”标签 ， 让人匪夷所思 。
China has been embroiled in a few medical supplies export disputes recently after several batches of exported coronavirus testing kits and masks amid the COVID-19 pandemic were complained to be disqualified.
Despite the fact that China has appropriately addressed the disputes, which in large part stemmed from misunderstanding and lack of communication, Western media have seized the chance to point a finger at China, labeling its medical exports as “unreliable”.
At a regular press briefing Thursday, Hua Chunying, a spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry said relevant Chinese authorities have just issued stricter supervision measures, requiring export enterprises of relevant medical materials to provide written or electronic statements during customs declaration that the export products have obtained China’s medical goods/devices registration certificates and meet the quality standards or requirements of the importing country or region.
事实上 ， 除了片面报道中国医疗物资出口纠纷 ， 西方媒体还对中国医疗支援进行了一系列政治化解读 。
截至3月底 ， 中国政府已向120个国家和4个国际组织提供了物资援助 。 在意大利最艰难的时刻 ， 中国向意大利发送了数以百万计的口罩 ， 以及包括呼吸机、重症病房设备等在内的大量医疗设备 ， 并派医疗专家组前往驰援 。
然而我们却在《外交政策》（Foreign Policy）上看到了这样的煽动性标题：中国不是在帮助意大利 ， 而在发动一场信息战 。

《华尔街时报》更是直接赤裸裸地称中国在施展“新冠病毒外交” 。

中国对其他国家的人道援助 ， 也被路透社解读为“医疗外交” 。

面对西方媒体的群起围攻 ， 中国外交部发言人华春莹在30日例行采访人员会答采访人员问时反问：“他们是不是希望中国面对其他国家出现的非常严峻的新冠肺炎疫情形势 ， 看着这么多其他国家人民遭受疫情折磨和痛苦 ， 越来越多的人失去生命 ， 他们是不是希望中国在这时候袖手旁观、无动于衷呢？”
华春莹表示 ， 这场突如其来的疫情以一种近乎惨烈的方式再次证明人类是命运共同体 ， 面对疫情没有任何国家可以独善其身 ， 唯有团结合作才能共克时艰 。
China has ramped up medical assistance abroad as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to rage across the world, but the country’s goodwill wasn’t always well received.
At a regular press briefing Monday, Hua rejected concerns that China had a political agenda accompanying its medical support. She called for an international corporation to contain the spread of the virus.
