泻药。看了题目我也是懵逼的,于是去查了资料,涨了姿势。简单来说,这个就是利用纳米材料石墨烯之类的新材料,去build一个微电极,利用免疫吸附的原理,检测电阻改变。具体做法,就是两个金电极中间夹一个碳纳米管,管子内部锚定抗体。如果肿瘤细胞通过,就会因为表面抗原和抗体结合,被吸在管子里,于是电阻改变。随手贴几个最近的研究的PMID:26282031251109072546114825818141还有很多,贴不完的,都是不同机构不同作者。但用Andraka去搜索Pubmed,结果是no item。我想说:从科学到技术,到转化,再到应用,是一段西天取经一样的漫漫长路。任何一关都是千军万马过独木桥。他这样的人我见的多了,不要以为抄了一点公开文献的资料、去搞几个TED演讲、贴几个Kickstarter就能骗来千万风投,闹个大新闻。真正的好东西,哪轮得到他一个局外人?甚至在Pubmed这样的科技文献数据库能检索到的最新文章,绝大部分都是垃圾(包括我自己的论文)。就算是这些垃圾,其数据也是1-2年前的。而真正有转化应用潜力的技术,等我们能在Pubmed看到的时候,早就压了好几年,拿了各种专利了。Theranos不比他高到哪里去了,人家都走进实际应用了,还不是一样被FDA叫停。就算极小概率下,他确实自己改进了这个技术,明显比其他小组更高,具备应用潜力,能有效检测CTC——哪有怎么样?CTC本身作为肿瘤诊断maker,就是垃圾。结论:1、外国也有民科,还想闹个大新闻。2、年轻人还是要多学习,先去读个PhD,才有资格和同行比赛谁跑得快。………………妈蛋,我看了那个视频,这是赤裸裸的对我们智商的挑衅和侮辱。简直是“我发现了把大象装进冰箱的方法,你们都应该感谢我,因为你们都做不到”,方法是“打开冰箱门,塞进大象,关门”。对,我说的就是,“把纳米管和抗体混合,放进纸张,取出晾干”。 are you kidding me?!………………看完了,最后是包治百病啊!TMD卖大力丸的会英文演讲也能卖的高大上啊!大力出奇迹有木有!钻石星辰拳有木有!星辰大海指日可待有木有!卧槽了!骚年,你这么牛逼,为毛不赶紧去追求远方的天使!至少来个胸口碎大石啊!
