一次冲动下成了逃犯
今年5月11日凌晨，在西南街道广海大道西一大排档发生一起寻衅滋事案件。当晚，在大排档内宵夜的两帮食客因纠纷发生打斗，期间，一男子驾驶小车冲入店铺，导致店内财物被毁。

案发后，三水公安通过走访及调查，快速锁定邓某、何某等多名涉案人员，并于当天快速将其中7人抓捕归案。民警经进一步扩线核查，发现涉案其中一人卢某仍然在逃。

正当民警追捕期间， 7月20日，卢某主动来到西南派出所投案自首。 “当时他来到派出所，主动交代自己的犯罪事实。当我们问他，为何现在才来自首，他慢慢红了眼眶。 ”民警说道。原来，案发后卢某已经认识到自己冲动犯错，想投案自首，但奈何妻子临盆在即，他希望陪在妻子身边，于是一直潜逃。
