c）将自尊建立在感情之上的人
对于持有关系依存自尊（Relationship-contingent self-esteem）态度的人来说 ， ta们的自尊水平几乎完全取决于他们关系的好坏（Knee et al., 2008）——关系顺利时 ， ta们的自尊水平就高；关系出现波折时 ， ta们便会产生自我怀疑 ， 深陷绝望 。 所以 ， 向外界高调展示恩爱甜蜜的感情生活 ， 是ta们维持自尊的关键手段 。当然 ， 如果以上这些都不能平复你柠檬的心情的话 ， 你也可以听听Rick老爷子是怎么说的??
