contain和include都是及物动词 ， 有"包括、包含"的意思
contain指包含的全部内容或容量；也用于指里面所含的成分

这本书包含你所需的一切资料.
The pill contains different kinds ofvitamins.这药丸中含有多种维生素.
include表示一个整体由几个部分组成,侧重包括者只是整体的一部分.
including是介词,included是过去分词形容词化,意为"包括在内".
