脸大的女生真的好痛苦啊啊啊啊
一种手术叫下颌骨缩小手术， 也就是大家熟知的削骨手术 。通过切除一部分下颌骨角 ， 来塑造一个更窄的脸下部 ， 在视觉上使脸部缩小 ， 让下巴的线条更柔和[5] 。两种手术虽然都可以明显地通过调整骨骼让脸在视觉上缩小 ， 但毕竟是动刀子 ， 风险也很大 。尤其是年纪较大、皮肤松弛的女生 ， 手术除去了部分骨骼 ， 术后经常会发生由于缺少了骨骼支撑 ， 产生过多皮肤组织 ， 导致软组织的下垂的情况 。所以 ， 术后要继续做脸部软组织提拉手术 ， 来维持效果[6] 。3、溶脂针最惨的就是这一类脸大的朋友了：身体明明超瘦 ， 但就是脸上肉多 。脸大的女生真的好痛苦啊啊啊啊
这种 ， 就是脂肪型脸大 ， 只能采取局部溶脂的方法了 。现在比较安全的溶脂方式 ， 就是激光溶脂 。 可以针对性地解决堆积在脸部、下巴、颈部和手臂上的脂肪 。浙江的一位19岁的小妹妹天生左边的脸上的脂肪比右边厚了5毫米 ， 因而左边的脸大了好多 。通过激光溶脂 ， 左边脸部的脂肪被显著除去 ， 使得两边脸部更为对称 ， 脸部线条更平滑 ， 脸也更小啦[8] 。溶脂针已经在国外用的比较多了 。一个疗程的溶脂针需要注射1到4次 ， 而且在年轻人身上效果更好[7] 。可惜的是 ， 溶脂针目前在国内并没有被批准 。主要是因为成分和作用原理还不明确 ， 一些患者会出现大幅度肿胀等副作用 。想通过溶脂针瘦脸的朋友可能需要再等几年 ， 等医疗技术更成熟了 ， 再去放心地接受溶脂针 。至于那些瘦脸丸、瘦脸霜就不要想啦 ， 如果躺着就能瘦 ， 世界上怎么还会有胖子呢？我们为什么还要花钱动刀子、打针呢？整骨按摩、提拉紧致的按摩仪这些也都没用 。 一样都是脂肪 ， 怎么就相信乳房按摩能变大 ， 按摩脸就能变瘦呢？本期策划：剑桥临床医学系的Stella 。参考文献1.Luximon, Yan & Ball,1.Luximon, Yan & Ball, Roger & Justice, Lorraine.
