在中国读完临床医学类硕士可以直接出国读博士吗

对临床医学读博士这个个人不太了解，但是这里整理了瑞典卡罗林斯卡医学读博的机会：

你可以和他们的研究项目的负责人联系，但是最后是取决于 supervisor 和 the head of the department 来决定你是否符合他们的要求，你是否有能力做出高质量的研究。申请程序包括两部分：
第一部分：以下的第一步到第五步。（申请相关研究项目）
第二部分：以下的第六部到第八步。（获得职位之后）
1. 相关的职位是开放的，你可以在网站上看到相关职位

2.申请该博士职位
基本要求如下：A person meets the general entry requirements for doctoral education if he or she:
has been awarded a degree at the advanced (second-cycle) level has satisfied the requirements for courses comprising at least 240 credits of which at least 60 credits were awarded at the advanced level, orhas acquired substantially equivalent knowledge in some other way in Sweden or abroad.语言要求：All applicants must show proficiency in English equivalent to the course English B/English 6 (with a passing grade) at the Swedish upper secondary school. 基本上是雅思6.5
申请流程：
A personal letter of motivation and curriculum vitae 这个动机信和CV必须是英文A copy of degree certificates and associated certificates 学位也必须是英文The application is to be submitted through the MyNetwork recruitment system. Karolinska Institutet is one of the world′s leading medical universities. Its mission is to contribute to the improvement of human health through research and education. Karolinska Institutet accounts for over 40 per cent of the medical academic research conducted in Sweden and offers the country′s broadest range of education in medicine and health sciences. Since 1901 the Nobel Assembly at Karolinska Institutet has selected the Nobel laureates in Physiology or Medicine.
3. 面试：最优秀的申请人会接到面试通知。
4. 查看你的推荐人：联系推荐人之前，KI一定会先告知你的。
5. 获得决定 ：以上的几步审核你通过的话，你可以进入下一步的审核。
6. 申请资格审核
如果你被offer了一个职位，你必须申请 “an assessment of your eligibility”. 最好就是你尽快申请，这样你可以在admission seminar之前获得有所有的材料。Criteria for eligibility (entry requirements).
7. 提交录取申请材料
你需要和你未来的supervisor, 一起写一个个人学习计划，并且申请博士学习机会。在这个过程当作，你有可能被offer一个固定时间的职位。这个时间为4个月-6个月不等。
8. 参与Admission seminar
博士招生委员会会邀请你参加一个admission seminar. 在这个会议上，你和你的supervisor 需要展示你的个人学习计划，研究项目，时间，个人学习目标，和资金。这个会议是英文的。 Rules for doctoral education at KI
9. 最终决定
如果你通过了admission seminar, 最后就等the head of department来做决定啦~

法国一般不可以直接读博。
根据你的情况，如果能被录取，会被降级到硕士一年级（硕士2年），在第二年读研究型硕士后再申请博士（共3年）。
