对于扬帆出海的中国科技公司而言 ， 出海有风险 ，
“入境问禁 ， 入国问俗 ， 入家问讳”
的古训 ， 依然有效 。


资本与市场的不确定性是最常见风险 。
但因资本与市场搁浅 ， 至多损失一些钱 ， 有大志者大不了卷土重来；政客们的敌视则直接会导致翻船 。 “尊重该国人民的选择”说起来容易做起来也容易 ， 但这还不够——比如最近 ， 即使59款中国应用没做错什么 ， 也依然被印度政府封禁 。


TikTok看起来只是一个社交平台 ， 甚至只是一个“奶头乐”工具而已 ， 但
在一些美国文化评论者眼里 ， 它确实成为继Facebook、Twitter之后的另一个美国人参政议政平台 ， 而受其影响最深的则是下一代青少年 。
