华为|突发！美国将59家中国企业列入"黑名单" 华为/中芯国际在列

美国白宫官方网站宣布，美国总统拜登以“应对中国军工企业威胁”为由，签署行政命令，将华为、中芯国际、中国航天科技等多达59家中国企业列入投资“黑名单”，禁止美国人与他们进行投资交易 。
这份命令将于北京时间8月2日12点01分正式生效 。
这份名单上的不少企业此前已经被美国列入了“实体清单”、美国国防部投资“黑名单”，比如华为、中芯国际、海康威视等等，这次的投资禁令又增加了很多企业，包括国产GPU厂商景嘉微、南京熊猫电子等 。

今年1月初，特朗普政府宣布将9家中国公司列入军方拥有或控制的企业名单(MEU)清单，分别是：中国商飞、小米科技、中微半导体设备（AMEC）、箩筐技术(LKCO)、北京中关村发展投资中心、高云半导体（Gowin Semiconductor）、大新华航空 (Grand China Air)、中译语通（GTCOM）、中航集团（CNAH） 。
多家公司随后提起诉讼，小米、箩筐科技都得到了免于制裁的结果，小米还被移除黑名单 。
外媒报道称，此举被视为对特朗普政府禁令的成功挑战，拜登政府感觉到了失败的滋味，认为有必要修改投资禁令，以确保其法律合理性、长期可持续性 。
美国对于中国科技的打压是持续、深入的，只会变本加厉，不能有任何幻想！
