4 吃脂肪不会让你发胖! 与其说肥胖是脂肪问题 , 不如说脂肪储存是荷尔蒙问题 , 由高碳水化合物摄入和胰岛素调节 。 碳水化合物在消耗脂肪的同时会导致脂肪组织中营养的储存 。 研究表明 , 这可能是由于摄入碳水化合物引起的胰岛素反应 , 而不是脂肪!
· 吃碳水化合物会释放胰岛素 , 让细胞吸收营养物质来储存能量 。
· 当摄入过量的碳水化合物时 , 细胞可能会产生胰岛素抵抗 。 这就需要释放更多的胰岛素来让细胞能够吸收营养 。
· 胰岛素抑制脂肪的氧化 , 使脂肪储存而不是用作能量 。
