Ladies and gentlemen,
Good morning! It’s my great privilege to be here to share my understanding of shouldering responsibility with all of you. As the saying goes, “The sense of responsibility will make us perform better.” So what’s the significance of shouldering responsibilities? I think the answers for different people are varied.
To start with, for individuals, everyone is born with duties. Those who perform their duties earnestly for themselves, families, jobs and even the society can finally realize personal values and even grasp the opportunity to make a better life. As for enterprises, actively fulfilling social responsibilities can help them overwhelmingly strengthen their competitiveness in such a fierce market and win more loyal customers. How about countries? A responsible country can not only improve the sense of well-being of its citizens, but also bring benefits to the safety, peace and sustainable development of the whole world.
Therefore, I call on everyone here to shoulder our own responsibilities conscientiously, whether they are big or small. Only in this way can we realize personal values and earn others’ respect.

因此，我呼吁我们每个人都认真地承担起我们的职责，无论责任大小，只有这样我们才能实现个人价值，并赢得他人的尊重 。
