Q:How did you come up the idea to open a Weibo account to share your balcony concerts with Chinese netizens?
您是怎么想到开通微博帐号 ， 和中国网友分享您的阳台音乐会的？
A:My neighbor Jing told me that my music was so appreciated in China, so I thought about opening an account on Weibo to have more direct contact with the people there. These hard times for the whole world, music unites people and good emotions are more than necessary to go continue work through everyday difficulties.
我的邻居Jing告诉我 ， 中国有很多人欣赏我的音乐 ， 所以我就想着开通个微博帐号 ， 能和大家直接沟通 。 整个世界都处于艰难之中 ， 而音乐将人们团结了起来 ， 我们也更需要良好的情绪来继续度过每日的难关 。

Q:Many Chinese netizens are amazed by the balcony artists in Italy. In your opinion, why have many Italians chosen to sing and play musical instruments to pass this difficult time?
许多中国网友都赞叹意大利的阳台艺术家 。 在您看来 ， 为什么会有如此多意大利人选择唱歌或者演奏乐器来度过这段艰难时刻？
A:I think Italians are very creative and expansive. So this was our way of keeping people together, even if they are far away.
我认为意大利人都很有创造力 ， 很豪放 。 所以这是我们团结大伙的一种方式 ， 哪怕大家天各一方 。
I love to do it because it’s good for the people around me - and also outside thanks to social media. Everybody has a part to play, so as an artist the only thing I could do was stay at home and donate my music to everybody.
我很喜欢阳台音乐会的形式 ， 对我周围的人来说是一种很好的形式 —— 多亏有社交媒体 ， 外面的人也能听到音乐会 。 大家都在为疫情出一份力 ， 作为一位艺术家我唯一能做的就是待在家里 ， 为大家献上我的音乐 。

Every time I do it, the response of my neighbors is so nice that we all feel more like a team, rather than just neighbors. We used to only sing happy birthday together, when it was one of our kids’ birthdays. Now, we sing the National Anthem of Italy all together in isolation, it was really great and touching for all of us.
每次我演奏时 ， 邻居们的回应都很友善温暖 ， 大家更像是一个团队 ， 而不仅仅只是邻居 。 我们以前只会一起给孩子们唱生日歌 。 现在隔离中的大家会一起唱意大利国歌 ， 这点真的很棒 ， 大家都很感动 。
