Once she sent me the link of a video, I felt in love with this music and its story.

I received lots of messages from people there telling me that now most of you are gradually starting to go out and see nature. smell flowers, see trees becoming greener and full of life.

Q:Many music lovers in China have interacted with you by joining in, some even played Chinese musical instruments like the GuZheng. What do you think of the ensemble?
许多中国音乐爱好者都通过加入隔空合奏与您互动 ， 还有人弹起了古筝等中国民族乐器 。 您觉得这种合奏怎么样？
A:The first time I saw an accordion player joining me, it was amazing. I felt that we were together in this battle. Every time I saw someone new joining the ensemble was, for me, a huge message of solidarity and empathy. I also saw it as a brilliant idea.
当我第一次看到有位手风琴乐手加入合奏时 ， 那感觉真是太赞了 。 我觉得大家在这场战“疫”中都团结在了一起 。 每次看到有新人加入合奏 ， 都给我带来了巨大的支持与共鸣 。 我觉得这是个很棒的想法 。
When I first heard the GuZheng joining in, it was really magical. We were playing a tango together from our homes, which are thousands of kilometers away from each other. That’s what I mean when I say that music has no boundaries. It is the strongest language and it has no limits.
我第一次听到古筝合奏时 ， 感觉真的很神奇 。 我们当时在各自的家里演奏一段探戈舞曲 ， 大家都相隔数千公里 。 这就是我说的音乐无国界 ， 这是最有力的语言 ， 不受任何限制 。

Q:What does music mean to you, especially in this difficult time?

A:Music has the power to unite people in times like these.

This virus is forcing us keep a huge distance between one another, and a lot of other things that are against our human nature.
