Everything is one thing.

It literally is just one thing
万事万物 ， 都是同一个事物
From that knowledge
从这个“认知”开始
From that knowing
从这个“确信”起步（知道）
Go back down the spine in succession
顺着“主干道”一步步往下走
Clarifying on the way,
边走边理清（澄清）
Making sure everything is based on the initial principle,
确保每件事都是基于此“首要原则”
And that will act as a clarifying mechanism for whatever it is you are dealing with at that moment.
那么 ， 你在那个当下所应对的任何事物 ， 都可以通过这个途径来理清、理顺 。
